We are looking for women with exquisite taste in apparel, accessories and shoes! If you own a business that caters to women, then you should consider one of our advertising packages. We would specifically like to have present local advertisers that hand-make jewelry, and clothing accessories, such as belts and scarves. However, advertisers of all types are welcome! We have several levels of advertising available:
Platinum Package $100
This package is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will have approximately 8 tables total (for the Platinum, Gold and Silver advertising packages), available at the event.
- Website Advertising (through December of 2010). Your logo, business information and web link will be placed on the Elly’s Closet, LLC website.
- Table at Event (during the VIP Pre-sale and Public Sale) for display, advertising and sale of your items
- 200 Goodie Bag Inserts
- Four VIP Pre-sale Passes (for 4pm entry on Thursday, October 21)
- Category Exclusivity for Table at Event and Website Advertising Only
Gold Package $75
This package is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Website Advertising (through December of 2010). Your logo, business information and web link will be placed on this website.
- Table at Event (during the VIP Pre-sale and Public Sale) for display, advertising and sale of your items
- 100 Goodie Bag Inserts
- Two VIP Pre-sale Passes (for 4pm entry on Thursday, October 21)
- Category Exclusivity for Table at Event and Website Advertising Only
Silver Package: $50
This package is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Table at Event (during the VIP Pre-sale and Public Sale) for display, advertising and sale of your items
- One VIP Pre-sale Pass (for 4pm entry on Thursday, October 21)
- Category Exclusivity for Table at Event Only
Bronze Package: $25
This package is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Web Package: $50
This package is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Gift Basket Giveaway: Free/Unlimited Availability
You can donate a gift basket(s) of products from your company to be raffled off after the event. Your gift basket will be on display throughout the event and will be placed in a high-traffic area. After the event is over, we will randomly select a name from our raffle box and contact the winner. If you select this option, the total gift basket retail value should be a minimum of $50.00.
Gift Certificate or Gift Card Giveaway: Free/Unlimited Availability
You can donate a gift certificate(s) or gift cards for free or discounted services from your company. After the event is over, we will randomly select a name from our raffle box and contact the winner. If you select this option, the total gift basket retail value should be a minimum of $25, with no minimum purchase required.
The advertising packages are available on a first-come first-serve basis, based on availability. Elly’s Closet, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject an application for advertising.
If you select an advertising package that includes a table at the event, we will provide a table, approximately 6’ in length, along with one to two chairs (depending on the package selected) to each advertiser. Table-sharing is not permitted.
Based on the advertising package that you select, Elly’s Closet, LLC will also provide goodie bags to be filled with items provided by each advertiser. We will handle the filling, but these bags will need to be filled prior to the date of the event. Therefore, each advertiser who selects a package that includes goodie bags should provide promotional materials to be included in the bags to Elly’s Closet, LLC no later than Sunday, October 3, 2010. Materials can include business cards, flyers (no larger than 8.5 by 5.5 inches in size), free samples, magnets, pens and coupons.
If you are interested in an advertisement package, please e-mail us using the Contact Us link from the home page or call (301) 801-5763 for further information. Upon confirmation of availability, you should mail your non-refundable registration check (personal check, cashier’s check or money orders are acceptable) and signed/completed “Advertiser Agreement” and, if applicable, the “Advertiser Release and Waiver of Liability” to Elly’s Closet, LLC, c/o Eleanor Hunt, 45755 Hollow Lane, Lexington Park, Maryland 20653. Your advertisement package will not be secured until we receive these required items. Note: All advertisers who select the option to have a table set up at the event will be required to sign the “Advertiser Release and Waiver of Liability.”
